• Diagnostics

Unfortunately, when our pets aren’t feeling well, they cannot speak to tell us what’s bothering them. That’s why veterinary diagnostics are so important. These tools allow us to delve deeper and learn what’s going on inside your pet’s body so that we can quickly identify, diagnose and treat potential problems in a timely manner. A quick and accurate diagnosis greatly improves the outcome for your animal companion.

Riverview Animal Clinic has a fully equipped laboratory to help quickly diagnose problems as they may arise. This includes complete in house hematology and biochemical (blood) testing equipment, diagnostic ultrasonography, electrocardiography (EKG), a radiograph machine and endoscopy.  We also refer to Board Certified experts in ophthalmology, radiology, cardiology, clinical pathology, orthopedics and other fields to help us interpret our test results and develop the best treatment for your pet.

Whatever it is that is ailing your animal companion, we’re prepared to get to the bottom of it quickly so that we can have them back on their feet and feeling well again as soon as possible.
