    Katie Ross

    Customer Account Specialist

Initially a client, Katie responded to an online ‘Hiring’ post, and began her career as a receptionist with Riverview in the summer of 2013. As a little girl, pets weren’t a big part of her family life. It wasn’t until she met her husband, Calvin (a wildlife artist and animal enthusiast) that she discovered her fondness for animals. They live outside of Hoover with their daughter, Florence, dog, Kritter, cats, Solomon, Elphaba, and Albus, and the occasional foster animal. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and entertainment venues around Birmingham, going to the lake, and traveling.
