    Welcome Dr. Jana Korsch-Dismukes!


    We would like to introduce and welcome our Veterinary Ophthalmologist, Dr. Jana Korsch-Dismukes to the
    Riverview Animal Clinic family.

    Dr. Korsch-Dismukes

    Dr. Korsch-Dismukes received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University in 2003, graduating summa cum laude. Following this, she completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Korsch-Dismukes then completed a three-year ophthalmology residency at Veterinary Eye Care in Birmingham. She is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.

    Dr. Korsch-Dismukes treats eye problems and performs surgery in all pets of all ages. She also has experience with zoo animals, exotic species and many wildlife species in need of ophthalmic exams, diagnoses and treatment.

    In her spare time, her hobbies include gardening, cooking, and swimming. She also enjoys spending time with her twin girls, husband, three dogs and cat.
